Empty Vases is a painted multidimensional examination of the landscape that I see on my daily walks throughout Southern California. This series abstractly captures the shapes, colors and textures on ceramic vases that I find at thrift stores and online.

Why can’t an empty vase be as beautiful as one with flowers?

For each sale of the vases I will donate to one of the local non profit environmental groups to support their mission of advocating and protecting local open spaces and natural habitat.
